post KO 2 bugs got in kettle.


Fermentation Notes
Cooled to 66-68; belgian fermented ambiant 75F or so. After 1 week only down to 1.020. All logging for 1056, but both finished the same.


Packaging Notes
2oz citra in 1056. 1oz amarillo and 1oz citra in belgian.


Tasting Notes
Initial belgian sample very spicy. Good, but American version better here.
