5 gals distilled into 20 gallon total; 2g each; water uneven on fly sparge. Refactometer reading full pt below hydrometer (why the adjusted bittering routine).


Boil Notes
was actually the perfect amount of wort


Fermentation Notes
Pitched on 1968/005 yeast cakes from golden goose bitter. Blow off tubes on each (turns out unneeded). Both finished the same.


Packaging Notes
Dry hopping all spit across 2 carboys. 1/9 Columbus, 1/10 rest. 1/13 started crashing to 40F.


Tasting Notes
1968 wins, but the I think the Hull Melon wa not the right match.
