Short on C40, thus the UK crystal. 2g cc and gyp in each tun. 3.5 distilled in strike water. The initial runnings on this would make a good barleywine. |
Boil Notes |
Didn't boil as hard and/or hop mass/bag prevented usual boil off. Delish, bitter wort - which smelled like blueberries at times during the boil. Wort to spare at end. |
