Packaging Notes
Racked non-dry hopped on 2/9. Dry hopped 1 with the simcoe/cascade on 2/19 after 50F 1 week storage, rack to 2nd, ramp to 72 overnight, then dry hop. Excessive CO2 release, but calmed down after hour or so - used foil for that hour.
