Tasting Notes
Turned out really well - crisp, clean, easy drinking. The caraRed started to come out more towards the end of the keg, but was never sweet or cloying. Maybe omit the biscuit and try another malt - vienna, wheat, munich, etc.  
11/22 - beer finally came together, and keg kicked
