BIAB 10gal - 16g gyp; 5ml 85% phos acid 68F grain/157F water (biab site) for 152F mash in! 
Bru'n Water est ph: 5.34 (17.3 ratio)  
Add acid b4 heating.  
Recirculate mash w/ pump until clear.

still too malty - this needs to be dier 
MO may be too much, maybe don't like CaraMalt - user caravienne only maybe and I think I need dextrin with any big mash beer.
