6-7 day dry hop at room temp. .5oz cascade, .5oz centennial, .5oz amarillo - yum!


Tasting Notes
Small hop bits in beer from either filterless sipohing or dry hop procedure itself (rolling keg). Cut back gypsum to half next time.
