Mash Notes


Boil Notes
Chilled down to 64-66F, accidentally left at least half gallon of wort in kettle post-chill, tipped it the wrong way. Looked like a lot crap though - pellet residue & gunk - note for future brews.


Fermentation Notes
Delicious wort. 2 brand new 1056's, nicely going with 2 inch fluffy krausen next morning.

Initial tapping taste: best yet. Mash hopping w/ NB makes a big difference.
