Boiled on the hard side to make up for pre-boil numbers, worked well! But note the lower wort volume, which could also be due to 4oz of leaf hops - note that for future brews.

Chilled to 70.

Tasting Notes
Harsh with CO2 - this is "the mistake" I've been making with any beer that wasn't just late hopped. The whilpooling/sitting comined with the time to chill can almost double the bitterness of any pre-20 minute addition, and the body just isn't there on these >1.060 beers.
