Mash Notes
3g cc, took sparge water down to ph6. Really mixed in kettle after added 2nd runnings to get the most accurate reading possible, given what's been happening. Sent support a question on the efficiency thing.
Boil Notes
Took bagged Columbus out at end, before adding leaf hops for a 15 minute whirlpool and short rest.
Fermentation Notes
Wort had a very hoppy taste, bitter/dank but also a bit spicey. Good amount of sweetness. Will the spiceyness come through post-ferm? Pitched at 76F, aerated 30min post pitch (dry yeast). Fermented 64F non-taped.

Tasting Notes
September 29, 2012 - took a long time to age into something really good. Bringing the carb down helped too.
