Mash Notes
Totally f'ed 1st mash, for second try had water right at 5.4ish. No cc in mash. 2nd mash was better, but had tube disconnect from false bottom in 1 cooler.


Boil Notes


Fermentation Notes
Aerated 20-30 seconds, pitched 001 in 6 gal with blowoff - full starter (was still going) set at 67F. 1056 was decanted and set at 64F. Tasted good going in. Both finished same FG.


Packaging Notes
On racking, 001 was crisper and 1056 was fruitier.
