Totally f'ed 1st mash, for second try had water right at 5.4ish. No cc in mash. 2nd mash was better, but had tube disconnect from false bottom in 1 cooler. |

Aerated 20-30 seconds, pitched 001 in 6 gal with blowoff - full starter (was still going) set at 67F. 1056 was decanted and set at 64F. Tasted good going in. Both finished same FG. |
