BIAB 10gal - 16g gyp; 5ml 85% phos acid Bru'n Water est: 5.42 Added acide b4 heating. Recirulated mash w/ pump. Used belgian caravienne. Mashed in room 72F water 162F = 155F, 10 min later 153F finished 149F no blanket just foil :) |

Cloudy has hell but good for a couple weeks, then lost all bitterness and most of nose, tasted like creamy wheat - fail. Think I rushed this one and/or had the PH too high. |
