Fermentation Notes
Pitched reused yeast from 2 Hearted. Potential issues with aeration stone. Forgot nutrient, boiled/cooled separately. Used 1L nalgene to rinse, well settled - decanted and pitched whole thing. Forgot to put probe in, so was down to 40's in the morning. Kicked up to 20c and fermentation that evening.
