9/11 reading. 1056 finished slightly lower than documented, and seemed to floc better.


Packaging Notes
3 teaspoons biofine


Tasting Notes
After 5 days on gas, AmII is tasting good, needs bit more malt character - maybe try flaked barley instead of wheat. Am Ale II is the winner.
